On September 27, 2024, the Fraunhofer Heinrich Hertz Institute (HHI) and its partners will be hosting the final event of the project “Toolbox for Hybrid Event Formats – ToHyVe”, which is funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection. The event will take place in the Digital Technologies Forum from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

At this event, the research results of the project will be presented and possible uses of the latest technologies for hybrid event formats will be presented using numerous demonstrators.

We look forward to participants from research, business, politics and, last but not least, the event sector. Exchange ideas with us about hybrid forms of communication, platforms for online participation in events, central server services for controlling hybrid events, virtual and hybrid exhibit presentations, digital assistants to support participants and new forms of immersive presence.
