The mm-Wave Group (mm-Wave) focuses on design, simulation, and implementation of mobile communication and measurement systems for frequencies up to 500 GHz. Within the last decade the group gained excellent expertise in channel measurements, in antenna design, and in advanced transceiver technologies like switch mode amplifiers and full duplex transmission. These activities include also the design of specialized digital and analog hardware and the experimental implementation of the developed solutions.
