The Smart Data Forum at the Fraunhofer HHI is collaborating with InnovationLabs.Berlin to offer a workshop on "Entwicklung digitaler Geschäftsmodelle" at the CINIQ Center. On April 9, participants will get an insight into how small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) can develop new business models.

The advancing digitalization creates immense challenges for small and medium-sized enterprises, but also represents the greatest opportunity for them to position themselves for future success. The workshop highlights basic patterns and development paths of digitally successful companies. Participants develop a strategic narrative to involve executives, employees and stakeholders. Moreover, they learn how to implement their steps towards the digital business model in an agile and practical manner.
